Elecfreaks micro:bit Starter Kit (micro:bit not included)
The ElecFreaks Micro:bit Starter Kit is designed for children who are beginning their journey in learning electronic circuits and programming (but it’s also great for us big kids too!).
The kit provides 24 different kinds of electronic components to give you a great selection to choose from when making fun projects, including LEDs, buttons, buzzer, temperature sensor, trimpot, servo, motor and more!
Just add a BBC Micro:bit (not included) and you’re ready to go.
The kit components come in a handy plastic storage box along with a micro:bit breadboard adapter, breadboard, jumper wires, crocodile clips and battery holder.
Multiple Programming Languages
The kit supports the Makecode graphical programming environment, JavaScript programming, Python and other programming methods.
This coding flexibility allows children to choose to use a language they may already learning in school, or move to another language to explore new ways to code.
The Perfect Educational Gift
To help you use all of the included components, Elecfreaks produce no less than 14 lessons to master the principles of electronic circuits, components and basic programming. After working through the lessons, use your new knowledge and the range of components to make your very own projects!
